Stand-By day.
what a unfruitful but yet fruitful day~

went for lunch at

with my family.
blessed because i broke already, glad that my dad pay for my meal.

went home to "STAND-BY" (Stand-By = to be free 24 hours to wait for a call from army and go back)

till around evening time, met alicia and hans, went to town for dinner, best part is we go all around the restaurant to find one nice one to settle down and in the end we made our final choice after the many arguments; went to food republic and ate half chicken + veg + rice.

after that we went to shop awhile for clothes and finally visit ken who is working at crocs.

and bought 2 pairs of covered shoes
one for me and one for my dad.

the Virtue of Honoring

Honestly, buying that shoe for my dad is a struggle because firstly i am really broke, secondly i am saving up to buy my first BlackBerry phone and thirdly i need to get stuffs to bring into camp for the course.

i was there hesitating, thinking and wondering.

it is not cheap, cost S$101.00+ per pair.
in the end, i made a decision to buy one pair for my dad.

My dad has a 100% fatherly Character. He never fails to provide for me anything i wanted.
I decided to reward him for being there for me always and never fail.

DADA, i bought him a brown one and i got a grey one.

and we can wear it out together next week for the sat night family dinner.
so funny.

and im so happy to see the smile on my dad's face.
i never regretted buying.

hmmm, thank God!
i got a BIG discount for buying the shoes and it is not just abit it is more than you can think of.

I tell you,
I'm so blessed, really do.

THE BIG NEWS!

in the bible it says when you honor your parents, you will live a longer life and He will honor you back!

you guys know that i wanted a BlackBerry so much.
I put it in my msn nick and all.

i just came back from the shopping and all after going fair-price with hans they all.
I went online,

a friend who is not close to me at all saw my nick.
We had a conversation as she started asking me what model im going for and told her i wanted a BlackBerry Bold, she replied that she just sold hers away because she don't like it and etc...

and to my surprise, her mum works in the BlackBerry company.
so she was mentioning that it is possible for her to help me to get a leather casing for free if i got mine.

and she asked me and more, telling her that because im in camp i can't use a cam-phone.

the best part!

She wants to lend me her BlackBerry that is the older version without cam.
because she isn't using it at all and is getting a new phone.

PTL! God is amazing, isn't He?

He works in WAYS you can never imagine and think of.
who will thought that someone will just passes you something you wanted it so much.

i am amazed.
the Virtue of Honoring.
let do it!
